In a recent analysis of the March 2008 Best Rent Report, we found our data, in the vast majority of cases, did much better than the average outcome for Australia! The median outcome for Australia was a total gross return of 30.4 per cent for the last three years and the median outcome for Residex selected suburbs being 47.5 per cent!
